What is Changemaking? Changemaking is both a skill set and a mindset — a way of living in which you constantly identify problems, big or small, and take action to create positive change. Anyone can be a changemaker, not just entrepreneurs.

What This Is

Since December of 2020, we’ve been writing a comprehensive for-youth, by-youth changemaking guidebook. This free 85-page book contains resources, practical tools, and case studies in collaboration with dozens of people/organizations in the US. Our hope is that it can make this type of advice and support more accessible.

Who It’s For

This resource is for any young person looking to create change in their community. It’s something we wish we had. Here, we cover a lot of content. For many people, especially those who have hit roadblocks with their current work, it functions best as a dictionary — you use it when you need it. If you can’t take it all in, don’t worry. Learning is a constant process.

If you're a school or organization, you can use this, too. We can also work with you to create more specialized resources. Click here for a concept note that further describes the guidebook.

This form is a 5-minute survey — all questions are optional, and all data will be kept anonymous. We really encourage you to answer them. It helps us figure out who’s getting access to the guidebook, who isn’t, and how we can make distribution more equitable.

When you finish, you’ll see a link to download the guidebook. The post-survey is at the very end of the book!
